Chef Weerawat "Num" Triyasenawat, along with his brother Chef Joe, embarked on a culinary journey by opening a casual eatery in Udon Thani city centre. This unique establishment quickly garnered attention from international food enthusiasts, becoming a standout dining destination in Isaan, Thailand.

While Chef Num focuses on crafting delectable dishes using traditional Thai ingredients and contemporary Western techniques, Chef Joe brings his expertise in mixology and a deep understanding of food as medicine to the table. Known for his exceptional drink-making skills, Chef Joe creates innovative and refreshing concoctions that perfectly complement the flavors of the dishes. Moreover, his extensive knowledge about the medicinal properties of various foods adds an extra dimension to the dining experience.
